I. CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM by Chairman Susan Mitchell.

III. APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES:
Mr. James moved to approve the regular meeting minutes of November 13, 2007.

Motion passed unanimously, voice vote, 6-0.

IV. PUBLIC DISCUSSION REGARDING LDRC MATTERS: None

V. OLD BUSINESS: None

VI. NEW BUSINESS:
1. Discussion regarding Canada Road median landscaping.
Discussion only, no action was taken.


VII. OFFICER AND STAFF REPORTS:

· Presentation by Natural Resources Director.
· Reports on Illegal Signs.
No action was taken.
